All training sessions are led by Sensei Garry Harford and are held in The Armitage Centre Conference Room (the big one upstairs).
Wear comfortable clothing and don’t forget to bring water!

Grading
Gradings are carried out in-house by Sensei Harford every 3 months (at the end of each term)
Grading fee is £7
You must have a valid KUGB licence to grade
